Privacy policy

Busmark is built so that your work never needs to reach us. This page covers the Busmark app and this website.

The app

No account. There is no sign-in, no user directory and no credentials for us to hold.

No network access. The app makes no network requests. Calculations, projects, history and reference-table edits are stored on your device.

No tracking. No analytics, no advertising identifiers, no telemetry and no crash-report uploads.

When data leaves your device. Only when you export or share a file yourself, through the share sheet, Files or AirDrop. Busmark files, PDF reports, labels and CSV files contain the project data you entered, including any names and notes; share them only with people you intend to.

Apple frameworks only. The app is built exclusively on Apple frameworks, with no third-party SDKs.

Purchases. If Busmark is sold on the App Store, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment details, name or Apple Account.

Device backups. Your device's own backups (for example iCloud Backup, if you use it) are handled by Apple under your Apple Account; we do not receive them.

This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site only; no third-party services are contacted when a page loads.

It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage under the key busmark-theme; that value never leaves your browser.

Our web host processes ordinary web-server requests (such as your IP address) to deliver pages.
